Sir LTC encashment wele jo 10 days di salary diti jandi hai oh 10 din da alag account maintain karna hai or earned leave cho e 10 days deduct karne ne ?

Anybody having Govt of Punjab, Department of personnel and administrative reforms Memo No.17/16/94-5 PP-1/6546 dated sept 24, 1996 directing all the heads of departments to comply with disability act 1995, Section 47 of the Act. Plz send . It's very urgent.
