Did you know that you can add more than just stories to your BACKLOG in ServiceNow Agile Teams? You can! The UNIFIED BACKLOG let's you add any task-based record to your backlog such as incidents, problems and project tasks so that you can create a companion story and add it to a development SPRINT. Thank you so much! This was extremely helpful! I'll have to research as to whether you can include Case Tasks in the triage board but assuming they are in the task table as well, this should work for those too. This was super helpful to the point and very clear.
