I am back with another exciting Tech Video.
This is the 12th video of this tutorial series call @ServiceNow.
So we are now in Servicenow Customization and Today we are learning a very interesting and important concept called Client Script.
Lets see how in the client side we can apply different kind of client scripts and how they are helping to customize servicenow.

Hey 👋 This is nothing but ServiceNow API which is created by the Real ServiceNow Developer with the help of JavaScript. g_form stands for glideForm which is responsible for managing the form UI. so g_form.getValue ('you need to mention a field name from the current Form'). Hey 👋 You can check for the specific incident's priority field which was mentioned as Priority 1. Any incident with Priority 1 as refer as P1. Which is occured when there are number of users affected for maybe a server down issue or for any issue in that situation the Priority 1 incident comes in the picture.

Hi pritham. At 8:36 sec in that script table you do have some script but here the script table is totally blank. What's the reason?

Hey !! Sorry for late reply. You mean the on-load client script you are talking about? Can you be more specified, so that I can assist you further.

Hi pritham. I had an issue while creating client script. Even though I follow the same code like you.after saving , it is not showing in client script table. And it is not working also. Can you please sort my problem.
