Across the ServiceNow Platform, the List View interface is used to provide a standard paradigm and tool-set related to all things list-like. This video teaches you all you need to know about the ServiceNow List View. It's my recap of ServiceNow Fundamentals Training Lesson 5.

It seems that the UI changed in the most recent version. They call it Next Experience UI. I just started so I guess it just got released as your comment is only 1 month old, haha.

I’ve been using your videos to supplement my CSA studying. I noticed you mentioned you’d provide the PowerPoints for reference but the site seems to be empty. Anyway of providing an updated shareable link with your content? I find your explanations easy to follow and a nice break from reading all the available SN content.

What to do when the Personalized List gear stops responding? I add and remove columns from a report to know what information I can use but at some point, the buttons for personalize list and List controls no longer respond, nothing happens when I click them. I already cleared the browser history and cache.

..ho, i have to reset my list to default columns view from command line because no button work for this, now.. Is It possibile? thanks for help

I haven’t heard of this issue before. There should be a reset to default button on the list customization popup window. Let me know if your still having the issue and I’ll dig further.
