As you are saying if schedule timing would be 10:00 Am IST, Exam will start at 10:50 Am IST and will see the launch button. I think It would be before schedule timing 9:50 Am IST and not after 10 minutes of schedule timing?

Apologies, slip of tongue. Where I have said 10:00 AM should be 11:00 AM IST. 30 mins window in total you have to start the test.

Thanks for the information. Looks like it is very difficult to attend the exam with these kind of restrictions. It's better to postpone the exam until next year

It's slightly difficult because most people I believe are not used to using two cameras that is one external and one internal during exam.

Why niw a days we r seeing even after passing the exam after few months the certification is getting invalid... anyone has faced that? I have seen this in community many have posted this.

It showing as expired in web accessor account but showing the status as "current" in Partner portal. Please suggest me on my CSA certification. Is it available or not?

currently the course is till 31 August i have voucher expire period is till 8 august 2023 and free certifcation is available till August 31 2022 so can we give exam after 31 August too untill 8 August 2023(as for me).

Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. You can use anytime

Hi Amit , my exam just got passed due to some video link was not available for proctoring which is due to my internet speed ,how can reschedule my exam for free?!....Also if I need to pay 60$ compulsory,can I schedule exam later in coming months?

If you delay you will have to pay 100$ for the exam. If you do it immediately then perhaps 60$ might be charged. Completely up to you.

Sir Which Id card you are referring to while mentioning the web cam requirement, is it company ID card or any other ID card like voter id or pan card. As I have no company ID card right now.

Driving license will work. Make sure your webcam is able to focus on the card so that the proctor can view it clearly.

Yes, it's mandatory otherwise the exam won't start. The steps are available when you register in the portal.

Voucher has an expiration date of 1 year from the date of issue. Got to use it before expiration.

I guess it would cost around 60$ for re-take within 24 hours if you re-schedule again. If you are little late then you have to bear the entire exam charge which is 300$+taxes. Please connect with ServiceNow team or raise a ticket in your learning portal, they can help you.

Hi ..I attempted CSA ..but I not qualified..it showing As session wise cutoff ..do we need to qualify session wise or out 60 is the 42 is enough?

70% is the passing score. Overall 70% of the answers should be correct.

You can run the simulation for the test from the certification registration portal of ServiceNow. If it supports then definitely yes.
