Es stimmt, obwohl man ihn nicht kennt, fällt es sehr schwer, ihn nicht zu mögen. Da haben die Bayern einen tollen Menschen geholt und wohl auch einen starken Verteidiger! Ich bin übrigens kein Bayern-Fan, freue mich aber grundsätzlich, wenn interessante Spieler in der Bundesliga spielen!

It's also not a crime to mention the clubs rivals, it's not like the fans will hurt you or anything, both fandoms are very civilised and the rivalry isn't as extreme since 1860 hasn't been in the Bundesliga for nearly two decades now.

Im sure Kim Minjae will win Bayern the treble. He took Napoli to Italian champions in 33 years and quarterfinals in UCL first time in club history. He is a monster made in Korea 🇰🇷🔥

Little bit about Minjae. He was a CF in youth lol. In Korea, players that shows exceptional potential in high school youth programs get directly drafted to professional clubs (usually their B team or youth team). Just like in Europe, getting drafted to professional club at young age is extremely competitive. Again, just like Europe, getting selected to first team from B or youth team is even more competitive. Kim didn't get drafted to professional club straight from high school. He went to university to play in university football league (U League). Usually, this path is for players that didn't get drafted to professional clubs but still have some potential to go pro one day. Only after playing 1 year in Yonsei university, he was drafted to a K-League3 (3rd tier) club, Gyeonju KHNP, where he was a starting 11 from debut. And it only took 1 season for K-League1 (top tier) club, Jeonbuk Hyundai, to notice him. Just to give some context, this is the year after Jeonbuk Hyundai won K-League1 and AFC Champions League. And traditionally, Jeonbuk Hyundai is among the biggest team not just in Korea but in entire Asia. Basically, Kim went from university league to 3rd tier to Asia's champion top tier club in 2 seasons. And what's more impressive is that he was starting11 from his debut at Jeonbuk Hyundai where he won 2 back to back K-League1 titles with them. After 2 amazing seasons with Jeonbuk, he was getting offers from European clubs like Premier League's Watford. However, he chose a rather controversial decision to play in China's Beijing Guoan. Many criticized him for choosing China over Europe for money at such young age. To this, Kim Minjae said he wants to prove himself more before going to Europe. Kim Minjae signed with Turkey's Fenerbahce, where he showed spectacular performance and became fan favorite in just 1 season. Once again, he was on the move and was getting interest from French, English, and German clubs. When it was announced that he was signing with Napoli SSC, it was a shock to many fans as Napoli wasn't exactly the strong side in Italy and many considered them to be less favorable choice than other teams that wanted to sign him. But we all know what he did with that Napoli SSC. Won scudetto, selected as Serie A best 11, and finished the season with Serie A Defender of the season award. And now, he is here at Bayern. Ready to win the Champions League!
