I REMEMBER that one!!! It was about schizophrenia/drug abuse/stalking/somnambulance and a temporarily-afflicted Bert. One of the real kids (as opposed to puppets) had confided in Maria that her dad had been arrested for Richard Ramirez-style behavior (sanz murder) and they all suspected that it was Bert who had been terrorizing the city. But, Limbo Face (trying to introduce levity) was counting and it was one of the LEAST creepy aspects of this episode.
