1:33:37 I don't know if you figured this out - I haven't watched far enough. But the reason your purchase orders are not showing up is because you are in a different company. The purchase agreement was done in USMF, but you are searching in the All Purchase Orders list page in company FRRT.

HI Vipin; thank you for this video. you mentioned that there is an issue with regards to invoice matching for which you switched to AX from dynamics 365. what are those issues?

Actually it had a workflow and it was not made by me. Simple step is either delegate the workflow to yourself so that you can yourself approve that or disable the workflow by going to A/C payable > Setup > Workflows and navigate to versions and disable all versions. Then go back to the PO invoice and your invoicing will be posted successfully.
