I didn’t mind the cursing at all, it shows real life. It is actually comforting in the way that it shows that everyone has things that they say when they are being themselves. Thank you for sharing your adventures with us, even when they are difficult

Honestly, I don't think cursing is an issue, I think people give the words too much value and meaning. In the end, this is your channel and you should be able to represent your true self and not feel like you have to hide. Cursing never hurt anyone. I for one was proud of you haha

Honestly I don't think cursing is a big deal. In the scope of the problems literally everyone has I think everyone would benefit from getting that frustration out with some strong language lol.

I would like prayers for my fam because yesterday my family and I had to make the hard decision to let Rascal go to doggie heaven. He had a good life of nearly 9 years. Even though it is extremely hard to do, my family and I realized he didn't have the quality of life anymore. He has no more pain. He is relaxed and running with all the animals, chasing cats again, and jumping over 6ft fences. RIP Rascal, we will miss you pup. Rascal Roo - April 10, 2009 to January 22, 2018

I hope you had a better Sunday night! Praying that you continue to heal fast and with less pain. FYI I saw your friend and his dog Atlas on the news today. They were at Disney world visiting with Pluto. That was pretty cool since I was like I know him from Jaquie’s vlogs! I guess that little video clip has gone all over even here in Minnesota. Sad that the Vikings didn’t win.

I've been in the hospital many times due to having 5 hip surgeries, 1 back surgery, and 1 knee surgery. Recovery is always hard, you can feel good and feel like you're improving one minute and then the pain or other complications get out of control the next. It's just part of the process, what matters in the end is that it will help make your life or way of living easier to manage.

I literally turned to the mirror, and jumped up and down screaming to myself "She wooooon, yes!!!" Haven't watched the whole video yet, had to stop and say this, lol!! Hopefully your recovery goes well from now on, I feel so sorry for you having to go though all this. You are so strong, and inspire us all to keep moving through our own struggles, (which really are minor compared to yours sometimes) 😔. I'm hoping and praying for your recovery! ❤

Oh, Jaquie! I had never experienced Epinephrine until I recently had a skin cancer tumor removed and they mixed it into a local anesthetic. It made me shake so bad! And that was with it mixed. I can't imagine straight Epi. No wonder it makes you feel so bad. I'm sorry you had to go through that. You got this!! Praying for you!!

Cursing makes you seem more just real and human like most people curse sometimes so who cares. Hope you feel better tomorrow I had abdominal surgery too on Wednesday (my uterus got all tangled up in my intestines and some other stuff!)

I’m recovering too. Had major spine surgery (basically top of my thoracic with a little space then down to my sacrum. Unfortunately narcotics make me hyperish and extremely hot/sweaty. Then after surgery I had a pretty bad reaction to the adhesive they used during surgery. I would feel like parts were on fire while having severe itching in other places. And all they would give me was OTC hydrocortisone cream that did nothing to help the itching. And I couldn’t scratch it because of all the horrible pain from surgery. (And the nurses weren’t too kind or careful with me or helpful with hygiene in the first hospital) My rehab hospital staff was AMAZING! One nurse would leave me little Coke surprises when I was out of my room for a period of time. Anyway, I hope your recovery gets a lot smoother and you get can get to get out of that hospital and home! I just started by outpatient rehab and I’m finally able to kind of put my shoes on my own which is a miracle. Now putting on leggings, that’s getting kinda tricky LOL. Much love to you and best of luck, And I’ll be thinking about you as we both recover from our sucky hospital “fun” stuff ha ha. 💚

Hi Jaquie, I have been watching your videos for a few weeks now. I hope you are able to go home soon. I am giving plasma right now and have been since last June, usually twice a week if possible. My daughter got me into it when she came home from college last summer. Now I can see a real story about someone benefiting from plasma donations so that is nice. I am also thinking about a service dog for my son someday. He was in the hospital last week and has a few areas he could benefit from one but right now we can't get one. I will keep learning and maybe someday we can get one. I'm going to sub to your channel and also Janiece's channel. You have such a nice friendship also and lovely families as well. Thanks for sharing all you do. You are encouraging. I hope you are feeling better today.

PS I just realized that the zebra is the mascot for EDS and every time I give plasma I bring a zebra blanket because I get so cold, especially at the end when they put the saline in. What a coincidence! ;)

I always have to make an elephant with a glove in the hospital. I tie two fingers together for legs and draw on ears, eyes, tusks and little nostrils on the end of the thumb.

They did a test with ice water and learned that cursing actually helps your body deal with pain while staying quiet makes it hurt more. So curse away!
