The row that you are about to quilt needs to fit inside the frame space, not the area. Just make sure that you don't hit cancel at the end of the row. You should have the resume button available. If you continue to get the error and your design row as well as crosshairs are inside of the frame space, please contact Pro-Stitcher.

Make sure that your crosshairs are inside your frame space as well. If you continue to have issue, please call the PS hotline.

After you have finished filling in your complete quilt on the screen with the pantograph, including any sizing changes and spacing between rows, etc, and you have it all done, then push baseline. Do it again after cropping your design to fit your quilt. Baseline stores all the little design pieces together as one big design--it is like a combination key on an embroidery machine--and if you do not use it, you might run into trouble later. Don't forget baseline every time, and then save the finished design on your tablet--the last thing you do before pushing go.

10:27 🌸Good catch, Mrs T! Yes, in the example, if stitched, as shown, the machine would run into the belly bar, and would cause motor errors and problems. The RedOutline of the FrameSpace is to help you SEE your SafetyZone, especially if you change the AREA of the total quilt, or if you create an AREA with the 2 Corner option. (It’s common to accidentally switch the numbers, and type in an area of 10” wide and 36” tall, Oopsie!). So yes, you would need to advance the quilt a little more, and drag & drop the design to the new location, then DoubleCheck and TripleCheck to SEE that your Current Row is completely inside the SafetyZone. More than likely, you would actually want to Resize this design to be shorter than the throat space ... Another thing to realize, is that as the quilt winds up on the Back Bar (take up roller) your throat space will shrink, so it’s good to Figure in some Forgiveness, and allow more WiggleRoom for the design to still fit in a smaller (shorter) space, if the example quilt had really been 85” tall.🌸

I'm get the error (outside the frame space) when I attempt to continue quilting on my second row... the error comes up and I don't know what to do from this point, but start all over to continue getting the same error on the second row. I read this comment, and I'm assuming this is the same error you are getting for the same reason. Is there another video to help out?

Be sure the pantograph design you have selected is not too tall. Start with smaller shorter designs that will not be too tall to stitch in one pass. The machine does not split rows if they are too tall. You must use smaller pantographs with the Moxie because it cannot reach the height of many of the designs available. You must resize to the height your machine can reach. If the design is too wide, then you need to crop the left and right sides before starting. It stitches what is on the screen, so if the design is too big on the screen, it will not be able to stitch it. Clean up your edges before starting and manually move the machine to see where it goes on the screen to see if the design fits the available throat space.

Thank you for your comment. I am a new pro stitcher Lite user (with Moxie) and am so very, very confused. Nothing is straightforward on this machine. A lot of videos have errors in them and I just keep getting in a complete mess. I'm just about ready to sell it.

@@karendurbin1952 I use ProStitcher Premium on an Amara and had the same issues early on. I have had it for 3 years and have every error possible (I hope). The good thing about that is you learn how to avoid errors and, when they occur, you know how to fix things. I can tell you that it becomes easier with time. And, yes, almost all of the videos I have seen are completely wrong or simply more complicated than necessary. Do some small practice quilts at first so you will not be afraid of ruining something nice. I notice that you are instructed to deal with the "frame size" on the Moxie which is very unnecessary in my opinion. After you advance, move the machine forward to see if you have enough space, following the design on the screen. Do not forget to do the "drag and drop" maneuver correctly, and do not choose designs that are too tall for your throat space (probably about 10 inches or less--that is a guess on my part as my machine is a little larger than yours). Be sure to save your design as a workspace (I am assuming your program allows that) after you work to fill up the space and resize it, etc., on the screen so that you can always push the off button and start over. I have done that many times as mine has electrical issues which aggravate me from time to time. Keep on trying and don't despair. You will figure it out. Just ignore some of these teachers who do not seem to know what they are doing. If I can help, let me know.
