@@ThePrettyeyes341 I’m sorry you’re going through this too. It’s unfortunate how nasty people are in healthcare when all we want to do is help patients. I’m planning on leaving nursing all together after I get a few months experience. It’s been a horrible experience for me so I know what you are saying.

@@imeboni the set up was the most problematic for me and even now i review it consistently so I’m doing it correctly because one slip up and 🤯 but other than i think seeing what parts to clamps on the machine would be reassuring and maybe if possible the water/dialysate check ..thats still kind of confusing if you wouldn’t mind but other than that i love the content 🤌🏽🔥

@@FKASAINT006 ok. I can do one with the clamps! When you say water/dialysate check are you referring to the water room strip or checking the dialysate after you mix it?

I working at davita now and it's not hard ... whats hard is when you have 4 patients and they coming off the machine .. patient one 10:15 .. patient two 10:30 .. patient three 10:45 .. patient four 11:00 and you have have to be fast to take off each patient 15mins apart and fill in snappy software wear ... remove the bloodlines .. clean the machine and reput new bloodlines on AND then connect 4 new patients who waiting ... that's the HARDEST part of this job.

@@damien_and_erza2195 truuueee thats kind of what I do and I get numbers while rinsing the patient back. While watching my patient to make sure they are safe because sometimes their blood pressure bottoms out when you put their feet down but that comes with getting to know the patient
