Hi, I am using Shop Isle and I've done exactly what you've written here regarding upsells but it still doesn't appear on the product page. Instead, related products appears. Any tips to get around this? Please and thank you!

Hi, Ashlyn. If you follow the steps in the video above, up-sells should appear only on the product you set "up-sells" for. I recommend you do more testing with different products and make sure you select the proper product in the "up-sell" field.

Do you know if there is a plugin to auto populate cross sells? I have over 400 items in my store and going through each one by one has been taking forever. Thank you.
