Hi Danny! Love your new water feature! So soothing hearing the water flowing. Nothing like listening to music while gardening. I like to listen to audio books too! I like the shelving system in the polytunnel, even better than a floating shelf, it gives you more room. The bean structure is fantastic! Hope your blue potatoes grow well for you and that you enjoy eating them! So wonderful to see how lovely every one is on your allotment site! I really enjoyed seeing the grapevine garden. It doesn’t look that bad. You can see it is very well looked after, especially considering all the health problems you have been having. You are doing great! Your smile is always wonderful to see! 😘🌸💕

That’s really great advice. Life is full of setbacks. I really hurt myself again in work at the end of December. I was so upset because I had planned to really get back to my plot this year. But, we (me in supervision mode) did get a lot done. Of course there are “hell” spots but they will get sorted in time. We too have wonderful plot pals and we all rally together. It’s a real community and there is always a bit of craic. I love it! And despite the setbacks I’m determined too get up there most days and enjoy it. It’s my Irish riviera this summer 🙌 unfortunately I don’t have “wine giving” friends yet 🤣🤣 so maybe I’ll start a trend x

🍅 Speaking of Tigerella, how are the Toms doing this year? A year ago we chatted here in the comments that we both felt starting our Tomato season off in March was too late; we were both going to go earlier this season. While most of my guys are stocky, many are ‘growing up’ 😜 and are a foot tall now, and I’m holding them off as long as I can. But I’ve been having compost troubles. I’ve been mixing my various seedlings between compost types as a trial. Some plants like one compost, another family like something else. So some of my Toms look well ropey, and I am massively frustrated that identically aged seedlings can be twice as tall and super healthy in one compost. And half the size, spindly and unhealthy in another brand of compost. Absolutely spewing in some case too 😤
@TheGrowUpChannel2 ай бұрын
I didn't learn my lesson haha! I sowed them later than planned...but that was due to the live shows. The room was used for the studio so I had to delay the tomatoes again this year. I think some tomatoes are more leggy in design I gues ☺️
