what i see on this tv show is that everyone take individual decisions and do not talk with team. Main rule is on business are "all ways talk with team who is in charge to avoid PROBLEMS!" because one person cant see all possible issues what can pop up! period! and that is seth problem. he is do not discussing he's ideas before bringing them out.
