actually perfectionist hona aachi baat hain....but he has to keep one person who are in same level intelligence except that perfection quality ( I mean he always try to maintain time ) ....then their business will go on top.. I am a web developer , in 2019 where I worked ,me and my boss always work with same project ..so.. he always try every design with perfection and I push him every time and remind him we don't have enough time we have to complete in those days....

Bad decision by sharks. Sometimes you don't always decide by market size, differentiator etc. Go by instinct. Anybody who sells milk at 45% Gross margin is a genius and real businsessman

Correct he's a perfectionist and loves his brand, hence he got over involved with one aspect of his business. But yaar ye toh sahi business hai, but kisi ne invest nhi kiya ye bhi acha hai. Ye log bs hustle hustle k chakkar mein product ko kharab krwa denge. I request Bharosi to go slow and focus on the quality and telling brand story organically. A2 GHEE is love, usko A2 Ghee ko hero product banana chahiye. Ye amul wagera ki nakli ghee kaun khayega.

My question to anyone who's willing to answer. Is it better to have multiple SKUs on stores like Big Basket, Instamart etc. so that when people search for other product categories your product comes up and acts as free marketing for your brand even if it doesn't sell. Or should you just focus on the top selling SKUs?

Besan ka laddoo approved by vinita Ragi laddo approved by Namita Others approved the taste and quality of Honey and Ghee. 😅😅😅😅😅 Investor mila nahi mila lekin at the end Promotion toh ho hi gaya Durlabh ke product ka ek bade paltform pe. Its done then. What else he want. Indirectly hi sahi promotion toh ho hi gaya, corporate ke renowned perso alities se vobhi Sony jaise platform main. Indirectly bahar se hi sahi koyi na koyi invesotr toh aa hi jayega Durlabh ke paas. Ordered the "premium priced" Barosi Ghee after watching this episode. It had no smell and had almost watery consistency. Didn't thicken at room temperature at all. Worse ghee i've tasted in my life.

It's A2 milk. A2 milk comes from Desi cows which are very high in Omega, B2, D and many other vitamins. It's full of benefits. It's the original India milk. During white revolution, the congress and left government bought in Foreign cows which gave more milk but are very less in nutrition. Once Desi cows again become popular, the price will come down.
