Well, the price is not high, but it is not low compared to any green tea or coffee sachet. Nescafe coffee sachets literally come under 2 rupees, and the same goes for tea. Plus, pricing is not the only thing. Just because something is not expensive doesn't mean it will be a hit. In my study, all I see is that most tea and coffee lovers drink classic options on a daily basis, and I hardly saw anyone who drinks flavored tea every day. So the challenge is to see the response of people. Are people drinking their tea regularly or once in a blue moon? Because in Hindi we say flavored cheje jaldi muhh lag jaate h roj roj toh simple cheje he pasand aate h...

🤦🏻 Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Third Wave, Barista, CCD, and all these places are not just about their coffee, you know? It's a whole culture, and people pay for the ambiance and the chance to have business meetings there. If you're meeting a client for coffee and you're spending lakhs of rupees, are you really going to care about spending 800-1000 rupees?

@@deepakbisht4957i think this good for home use working people.. if u drink 1 cup daily then it will be 30 cup for 660.. a month.. i dont think its not that much to spend. Am a student and making lemon tea daily is quite hectic.. this cup ji if it taste good then it will be so much hassle free for me.. it will save me from washing pan and cup, keeping all ingredients, cooking tea..

What I saw is people don't actually drink flavored tea regularly, maybe ones in a full moon but not regularly. And chai/tea is something that people drink 2-3 times a day. That's why I agree with Anupam that it's hard to scale this for big market. As in Hindi we say "flavored cheje muhh lg jaate h roj toh simple/basic classic cheje he pe jaate h". I hope you got it what I'm trying to say. But they should see the trend of their customers like: 1) they have repeat customers? 2) are people really drinking their tea on regular basic 3) ratio of regular drinkers and causal drinkers and all...

Nowadays the tee is rs 20 on Tela as well, cutting you may get Rs10. Good idea, with the right marketing it will grow. If the price point for retailers comes to Rs 15 then they can sell for rs20 it will capture the road side market as well

I really feel their product is very strong because- 1. Its MRP is okay cause tapri ki chai bhi aaj kal 20- 25 se kum nhi milti 2. Khud itni achi chai banani bohot kum logo ko aati hai 3. They said its sugar free jo ki bohot bada factor hai jinko chai peeni hai and that too healthy 4. Me abroad rehti hoon and trust me ghar jaisa infact india jaisi chai milna is a dream. Ek achi chai literally aapka headache door kar sakti hai 4. They have multiple flavours and i m very keen on trying all of those 5. Its really nice to gift someone cause of packaging 6. Agar brand acha hai aur flavours are good log purchase karte hi hai chahe ab woh kitni costly kyu naa ho. Mujhe roz feel hota hai ki kaash i could get a real cup of tea and jab khud banao toh it doesnt taste the same. + People who are working and want a cup of tea sometimes, they can easily have it without having any mess of wet tea bags keeping sugar and tea leaves. If their product are good i would love to have them every now and then😅

I think sharks should be more open to helping out ppl who are clueless aren't making amazing numbers but have an innovative product. All of them liked the product, packaging etc but just because these guys weren't making it in crore all of them backed out. In jha ji achaar deal they were not making big numbers so these sharks didnt gave them deal by saying blah blah reasons.. but in few minth when these sharks heard about their big numbers they were making currently... Vinita and namita went to their factory with deal and even with much more valuation.

Seems interisting at the first glance but it is not something one would buy again n again, 50 cr brand is possible but profits would be really low as most of the business would be from B2B and exports, No one would like to have green tea in papercups at home, For offices it is not affordable. My advice would be change the brand-name and pivot to a greeenteam premix company if they consider flavor as their differentiator.
