It's supposed to be on not off some reason I'm getting confused over you saying now the sprinkler is off if it was off and be off so when we like getting everything flooded and wet it feels on it be getting everything flooded in wet still really cool and satisfying

their are types of sprinklers that use Infrared and UV rays, if they are placed too close to a door sometimes the sun can set these off.

It would have popped quicker if u had a heat collector above the head. That's why the heads are in a ceiling or against a roof. So it can collect the heat
