Күн бұрынThanks so much for watching! I’m really glad to finally have my Barbie dolls on display. I’m honestly surprised how few “display” Barbie’s I have! I’ve been so nervous about having too many… I do have hundreds of Barbie’s but all of them don’t need to be on display… yet… :)

It’s very impressive to watch on how you work on your doll room. It’s starting to looking really good…with more improvements you have done with them. Love watching your work on them…with that many dolls you have seems take forever to keep up with. I have been working on my doll room, but not every day. I need the motivation by watching other collections they could have helps me getting some ideas on how I want to display my dolls. It’s pretty over whelming job that seems never ends.

Wow, just wow, just amazing! Love the double sided shelf. Maybe I'm weird, I watch all your videos, not just specific ones. I have so many single dolls from different releases, I usually put face mold, eras, or creator together. I love the Aphrodite barbie face mold, and model Muse, which was used alot in the 2000's, so I have a lot of them. I have that DC Batgirl, oh no, I might have to look for the others. 🎉

Hi Dolls 👋 I'd put the flat displays on the ceiling 😆 that way I could see them clearly. It's looking good in the doll room 😊

Always fun to see an update! My doll room is getting overcrowded. I cleared off shelves to decorate the dollhouse for Christmas. The dolls had to go somewhere so now they are doubled up without risers. Eek

Some black out curtains will be nice. Long term exposure to the sun will fade the colors of your dolls.

They were sold as black out curtains and I have UV blocking screens on the window. There is no detectable amount of UV coming in

This is inspiring and kinda makes me feel lazy about mine lol I have followed you for years and this is one of the best room tours I have seen, you have given me a few ideals for some of my random dolls when I display my Barbies I tend to sort them by era and lines at least once a month then sorting that by color theory I tend to go lightest to darkest, or every two months I mix them up by themes and colors similar to my original rainbow high collection where it was color coordinated then I sold them all off and recently added them back, I'm currently in a limbo state because I only have half of my collection with me and the other half is stored safely in my parents basement and I'm constantly being asked to go down the aisles and pick things I want or need but i already have most of what's out there now, and im on day 5 of sorting out every accessory and clothing pieces i own from all 7 doll lines i collect

Beautiful I love the way you have displayed your dolls I love watching your videos they keep encouraging me to set up my doll collection I m a grandma and love dolls they make me happy 😢my kids sometimes put me down they say sell those dolls but I love my collection they think I have too many dolls which I don’t so I send them this video lol ❤you really keep me inspired to continue my collection thank you so much God bless you

I think the fidget gals and the hello kitty ones would work well with your fun colorful display. I still love the Brats/OMG/Rainbow High. I am not sure if that will change but I will always love it as it is now. The Barbie display looks great. I love that you went with the Rainbow colors for the ball gown ones. I think they look really cohesive because of that and I also like the eras grouping on the other side.

I changed bratz a bit but it’s mostly just consolidating and rearranging some of the dolls :) I’m really glad the Barbie display came together! I was really frustrated trying to figure out how to pull it off!

Brooke, you are the only one who could make sense of the chaos of displaying so many different doll lines in the same space!😂 I was actually working on my displays in our upstairs game room. It's been a couple months since my boyfriend and I even went up there, but I got a blk Fri deal on a recliner so my man would be more inclined to wanna hang out longer upstairs so that really helped to work on the displays for longer periods of time

It’s almost perfect… I’m starting to get really nitpicky so we know we’re nearing the end for this room! Aww that’s awesome that you found a good deal on a nice chair! I love having lots of seating options in my doll room and office. Brett doesn’t like the options I prefer since I always go for beds and fainting couches 🤣

BROOKE OMG how funny I had the dc barbies too! I destroyed Harley, Poison Ivy and Catwoman. You are inspiring me to clean them up! Also, I know what you mean about the lines being so random to display! For example, I also only have one Wintertime Wonderland Brat (Dana) and Desert Jewels Cloe. They do not belong together but for some reason I always put them together because they are like opposites so it makes sense??

I’m so happy to have them! I always really liked having them around because they were such a cool gift and they remind me of that and also of my mom (: but now I’m finally watching the movies… I haven’t finished the New Moon book yet though so I think I need to finish that and Eclipse (is that the third one?) before watching the third movie…

I like getting to see/hear your thought process on how you display your dolls and other collections. What risers do you use for your dolls? I've been struggling to find ones that seem like they wouldn't be too narrow or too short.

Oh I retrofit ANYTHING that looks like it would work. A LOT of doll boxes. I recommend looking up specialized shipping boxes. I use white and black ones and they’re some of the best you can get for a good price. Acrylic ones are too pricey.

They don’t seem to get dusty in this room! Even by the vents. We replaced the entire AC vent system when we moved in so maybe it’s that?

My doll "room" is more of a shelf in the master bedroom, and a random wall in my lounge haha. I'm hoping to move to a new house that has an extra room I can turn into a doll room for myself :) But, OMG's have had to move off the bigger main shelf to make room for RH!

I hope you can!! It can double as an office or workspace to justify the space :) at least that’s what I did when I had a studio and then a one bedroom apartment! Omg’s and RH are so difficult to build displays for since they’re such a weird size doll (really just the head lol

The main issue is that the main shelves i have are built into the wall with nails by a previous renter, and so i can't just rip them out to adjust the heights, so some of the more taller hairstyle'd dolls have to look down haha. But yeah, my hubby and I work from home a few days a week, so we're hoping an office/doll room for myself, and lovely miniature train room/office for him :) @@xCanadensis

I would be too scared of those dolls in the window. I’m not sure where you are but the sun would bleach anything in the window within a month.

There are UV screens + blackout curtains and UV detectors used in museums. There’s no UV getting through.

If I like the box or if it’s a rare one in good shape I keep it. Otherwise I just photograph it well to document it for my doll archive project and then recycle the cardboard and plastic

if you want to recycle the boxes but keep parts of the box i always like to cut out the box art, pic of doll, or logo and stuff and i tape it in a shelf thats in my closet or you could make a scrapbook out of it!@@nildajurado8423
