The only thing about paying every month on a house for 15-20 years is you end up paying about 3 times as much from the price you settled on. One thing I learned the hard way was to take every penny extra and send it to the house payment. Get it paid off as fast as possible. Im watching from the future! Lol! You have a baby now!
