Hi Kwame! Again thank you for your video and your response! 😍 There is a required Document Section for "Character Declaration", at the end of the Visa application form. What do we upload here? I don't have any penal clearance certificate, do I have to make one? Or, is it okay to leave this required section blank, wihtout uploading any document?

if you scan real certificate.. do you still need to certify. And BTW Entry to Australia section has a note update... the length of stay should be the longest stay in a single visit. in that case i guess one should mention only 3 months. coz that the max

Also I have another concern about requesting for Vacation Leave from my employer. I’m currently working remote and my offshore client is based in Sydney and Melbourne, I initially want to work remotely while there on holiday and then go touring after my shift.. my work hours start at 7am-4pm when I’m on Manila time with 2hours difference to Sydney timezone , so when I’m there I will now be on their same local time.. will that be an issue? The application is done online. register an account on immi Australia, login and select the type of visa you want to apply. in the video I went through an application I had already completed online and I downloaded the pdf of the application to go through with you guys.

I have a very important question, i know you mentioned that if you get this visa and it tells you that you can’t have further stay what if you’re planning on getting the visa to move over there but since it may take up to 36 months you want to come and stay here for a year temporarily in the meantime, while the other one processes, can you do that, but can you have that one approved while the other one is processing? Like meaning if you’re on a tourist visa and you submit the other visa to live here if it gets approved in the meantime while you’re visiting, can you stay?
