For those not able to Connect via the first option "AP Connection", use the third option "Add Online Device" instead. It gives you an option to search for the Camera. Just make sure you're connect to the Camera's WiFI first. Worked for me!!

This camera's battery only lasts 1 to 1.5 hours before needing to be charged. The only way the camera will continously record is if it is connected to electrical outlet in your home, or to a power source.

Guys unfortunately if you're watching this you already know this camera sucks 😅and is extremely hard to set up smfh

Whats cool is this doesn't require routers, module's or adpaters. This thing works on its own out the box via wifi to your phone (app) is awesome. I just need a product that does this but with very long battery life (wireless)

Thanks for this explanation, but I still can't connect my camera because has no QR code on the back as yours does, and it came with no memory card. So, when the app asks for the old password, I don't have any way to get that password. Please let me know what I'm missing and how to connect without these items.

Hi, I was thinking of getting one of these little security cameras I was thinking of putting one on my back porch. My little dog likes to go and sit on the back porch so I was thinking put one on the back porch and then he can go and sit outside all day and I can watch him. Plus, I can watch my neighbors go by with their dogs and make sure nothing happens to my balcony make sure nothing‘s going to happen to my solar Christmas lights outside and if something does happen, I have proof that somebody was messing with my solar Christmas lights Just like how maintenance came by before and use the Weedwhacker and accidentally cut my lights and broke the solar panel because they were being annoying and weren’t paying attention. It’s OK to have Christmas lights and cameras and stuff up on your porch because people have them all over here in my apartment complex, and the apartment themselves put one on both sides of the apartment on Morgan Road side of the apartment complex and one on the 57 Road side of the apartment apartment complex so if they can put one up I definitely can put this little one up on my porch in the back. What I can also do is get it a solar panel. That way I can get up in the house for the very first time when I open it a package And then stick it outside stick it with the solar panel outside, plug it into the solar panel with all the sun that I get in my back porch all day and then from June till about November when the sun gets very very weak it’ll charge up all day and it will Work it all. I’m thinking of getting a solar battery Bank from maybe five below so that way I can just hang off my wall outside and I can collect the sun all day and charge up the little tiny camera. I will charge the solar battery inside at first so it’s fully charged when I put it outside and then I would charge the camera inside and then when the camera and the solar Bank is done charging I would put both outside to where I could collect lots of sunlight during the day and then have the camera going all day outside. This is a great camera for apartments as long as you get it a solar panel or solar panel battery bank to let it charge all day. I said get the power bank because the solar power bank will store the battery all day and then it’ll end up saving you in the winter time when there’s not a lot of sun and your battery dies quicker.

No idea where did the 2.4 come from, was that part of the software. You seem to have it already preinstalled on your phone. I've had this thing over two weeks and still cannot connect or set-up. First the download is in Chinese, next it freezes with its two options which I cannot tap to get away from, Any ideas welcomed

in the settings it gives you the options for push notifications on motion detect, but even with my settings to push notificatios on, it never sends me push notifications. also, i've just realised this is useless as a home security for viewing your home from the outside, as the battery lasts a useless hour or two. its great that you can set it up only with magnetic function, but in what senario would you only need it set up for an hour? i want it set up looking at my windows and doors from the outside at night and when i am away at work or at my girlfriend's house.

How long does it take to charge? Cos mine shows the red light that it's charging..then it turns off? Then I try turning it on like you said. But it doesn't turn on..no blue light at all? Hi, I want to set up a camera in my bird nesting box. I want something that also has audio( I want to hear the birds ,as well as see them) It will also let me see other birds that are coming into the nest . I have different bird species in the one cage. In breeding season and egg hatching times, I want to find out which birds come in to either kill another bird, and / or find out who I stepping on the eggs , so I can have a better idea asto which bird/s to move to another cage , when breeding season is on.
