I thought so too. Josh does a good lesson here but it still takes time. But let me give you some very good advice that really helped me. Learn and practice the running man first. It's not quite as intricate as this and it'll help you become accustomed to the basic movement. It'll help you become lighter on your feet and develop that mind-feet connection. Set your timer for ten minutes and practice the running man. Then try the seve. Then mix the two together.
