Thing is, I don’t think it is recent. It’s just that we haven’t been paying attention because they didn’t really talk about each other. When you look back at them during predebut time, they were always extremely close.

Ahhh one of my favourite ships in SVT - i just love their Tom and Jerry relationship but they’re actually sweet and close to each other. Skinship is very natural between them. I love their bickering! 💙

Mingyu really had some rift with those loose strands of hair of Coups. He just wouldn’t halt moving them away and keeping them from covering his eyes

I’ve followed svt since debut and I’ve always loved gyucheols dynamic, it always felt so genuine and heartfelt! It also definitely got stronger during OTY when cheol described guy as his rock, and I definitely think guy has been such a supportive pillar for cheol and visa versa and that’s why they gravitate towards each other, as there’s such a mutual understanding between them ! It’s beautiful and I want that in my life too 😅😅

I knew about them since their early predebut era and these two were always close so my focus would always go to them after debut. And it's honestly really rewarding if you're a mincheol shipper since you'd have sht ton of content of them just being clingy and sweet to each other. I'm not a carat anymore, just a casual fan now but these two will always have a special place in my heart. They're just so so comfortable with eo it's cute.

So unfortunately, that video is from Vlive, and Vlive was discontinued so they can join Weverse. I won't be able to send you a link or even give you a date (though I think it happened around 2017-2018) for that video.
