additional observations: - I love how they mention that we can feel numb in our every day lives BUT also that this numbness shouldn't stop us from breaking free and to *fight for our lives* - the M/V shows that fighting for one's life can mean something completely different to each person/SVT member - at the end, they all get together on a boat.... showing that each person is not alone in their journey to find themself - the boat at the end oddly reminds me of the boat they were on in the My My M/V, which is also about going on a journey - definitely not a coincidence in the prod. choice!

i really appreciate how svt are open to share about their mental health, it's not like we know everything about them and exactly how they’re feeling but through this song we can know their thoughts, feel their honesty and humanity… life is not easy for everyone not even for them, svt don't care about the “perfect idol image” you know, this is not only a message for carats or fans but also for them, to never stop fighting!

This song has so much meaning when you feel lost in the adult like, to much noise, to much of everything, despite the worlds circumstances this group has healed my entire life, gave direction and makes me feel proud of myself, everyday I listen to them and feel encouraged to continue the path towards a better tomorrow doing what I like the most, being myself and enjoying little things in life. I love you Seventeen and Carats!

@@spurn1638 This mv is inspired by The Truman Show. There r various references in the mv. If u watch the movie u'll understand. Being an idol ur whole life is being watched by the world especially Sasaengs with camera everywhere and u r judged , everything is scripted just like shown in the movie and they hardly have any control over their life.Everyone has their own struggle and they r basically telling us to fight it , At the last part,they r trying to escape this f*cked up world just like how truman escaped through a boat

When I first found this song, I was at one of the lowest points of my life where I felt so lost and this song gave me a huge comfort, and a bit with the regret, because I didn’t find them earlier. During a hard time, Seventeen came to me like a silver lining, shining and warm. Although it may seem only artificial, and all of them doesn't know me, I have loved them dearly. They made me want to fight for my life because they brought me such happiness I can't give back to them by just saying thank you. So I hope Seventeen lasts a long time, happily as they are meant to be. I will always be a CARAT, someone who is grateful that they have made me shine.

“Inspired by everyone around the world” means what we are going through. Not only idols and rich people, even middle class and poor. Seungkwan is scared to face his coworkers because he thinks they judge him. At the end, he understands that he needs to face everyone. He faces everyone and stays strong, forgetting that he was scared of them at some point. Proud of our boys.

I remember strming the preview a lot because it touched me and from that moment I knew that this album will be a huge success and ofc it's Woozi who cooked this soo how can it not be awesome ? Even if we weren't able to reach our 13M goal, it doesn't mean we're not doing well. We should stop comparing ourselves to other fandoms who quickly get a lot of vi3ws. Instead, let's start celebrating our achievements and improvements-no matter how big or small it is. Carats are just like SEVENTEEN whose growth is silent, but surely (and that's actually scary). I like how they depicted Jeonghan here as an island where his members can escape and heal themselves. He's always there waiting for them, just like how he always wanted it to be. He said it himself in one of the episodes of their In the Soop 2 that he wants to be an island for his members and now I'm tearing up (and so are you) because of this song and mv. 😭 Excellent job boys, you've done it again. As a working adult who find my rest in stanning SEVENTEEN, I am really grateful that they actually mind to do this concept for their comeback. Everyday feels so exhausting and tiresome at work, without them as my source of happiness I could imagine how empty my life will be

I don’t know how to explain how much I love Seventeen but truly they saved me countless of times. I’m feeling overwhelmed rn, there’s so much emotions going on and fvck I’m literally sobbing watching the FML mv. This song means so much to me as someone who finds life meaningless. This song reminds me that there is more to life. That there is still something worth trying, worth discovering and worth finding. This song tells me that life can be meaningful when you’re pursuing something worthwhile. Sobrang mahal ko kayo, Seventeen. No amount of gratitude can express how thankful I am that you saved me from my helplessness. I may stanned you late but I will never regret stanning you. You’re the best thing that happened in my life. Thank you, my lifeline. I also want to add that through this song, I feel heard, seen and validated.

The line - " I got a secret I can't tell and its turning into tears again" It's more like - " The unspoken words are turning into tears " I mean When I first heard it I was like yes this is the exact feeling I always had but I couldn't explain it , I am so thankful to seventeen for writting such a great line.
