It is filthy. They're called leaders because Seventeen has 3 sub units. S. Coups is hip-hop unit leader, Hoshi is performance (dance) unit leader, and Woozi is vocal unit leader. You should check out the leaders other track 'Change Up'. I think it's the only other one by this unit. It's also a great song.

At the end they are showing off their rings. When they first started out they were given rings and for their anniversary of debut this year they were presented with new rings. The lyrics are talking about how they started out at the bottom and even all the haters who said they wouldn't succeed are now trying to keep up with them cause they surpassed them.

they change their rings everytime they release a full album. they are on their 5th set of rings right now. So they do a ring ceremony around the time they release the album. They wear it on their pinky fingers as a promise to each other.
