He's interested in the other person's answer and knowledge! Rydel has said in her Vlogs before that Ross is the best listener and pays the most attention because he is invested into other people... If he's like that with a total Stranger (Which from alot of vids I see, he is) obviously he's going to be wayyyyyyy more like that with his Sibling (He's always seemed closest with Rocky out of everyone, I just think so but ik all of them are close) but yeah...
