I just got mine yesterday that "coil spring thingy" make my teeth so sensitive but im looking forward to see changes :)

Hi my friend and it depends but this case if we have good patient compliance were are going to be able to correct the smile in about 28 months

Dr. Williams, are you using open coil springs on Niti archwires? Do you not experience many side effects and find it more efficient to use open coil springs on Niti - rather than waiting for stainless steel to start opening space with open coil springs? - I'm an ortho resident and I really enjoy and learn a lot from your videos. Am I the only one who's watching from the Philippines? am a very fan of this dental clinic even though it's in other country. Since I want to have my braces on I don't know where can I find dental clinics that I can trust here and a dentist that is skillful as this is.

My top teeths are overcrowded . It have been 3 month since I got my braces , as my teeth have started to align in same line I feel uncomfortable closing my mouth . It makes my mouth look big and out protruding , will this get better after teeth extraction

Hiii again I would just like to ask I have to go to the dentist in two weeks to get two cavity’s filled and I’m really scared about the needle for the anaesthesia but I dont know of u would know but is there any chance I could do it without the shot cause I have to go to school after I’ve had them done as well so I would like to ask that and do U know if it would hurt the drill with out the shot?

Hi Faith and that's a great question and everything depends on how extensive it's the cavity or the procedure that they are going to do in your tooth.... but most of the cases it's really complicated to work on a tooth without the anesthesia.... probably your dentist can try but if it's to uncomfortable it's the same result.... anesthesia after losing a couple of minutes trying to work with out it! Thanks for watching and I hope they can work without the shoot and you don't feel a thing!

@@ToothTime hiii again Thankyou for your advice and turns out I could get it done today cause they another cancellation but to be honest I had it done without the shot first and the first drill did hurt a-bit but then the second drill hurt really bad so I had the needle and it really didn’t hurt so then they did the same in the other tooth and all was good now I’m just really numb lol but Thankyou for the advice! ☺️

Sí esté fue tú tratamiento, dejame decirte qué no sólo tenías los dientes desalineados? No sabías cepillarte las piezas dentales dé tú boca, fuiste muy descuidada, es un mal hábito! A mí no me importa sí las personas tiene los dientes checos, pero sí me gusta ver qué tengan mucha higiene, sobré todo en la boca!

A veces hay personas que descuidan su higiene dental por diferentes razones.... y tener los dientes en mal posición definitivamente no ayuda a mantenerlos limpios... gracias por tu observación y por ver nuestro canal!
