ABOUT CHICAGO FIRE
From renowned Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf ("Law & Order" brand) and co-creator Derek Haas, the writer behind "3:10 to Yuma," comes Season 8 of "Chicago Fire." The family inside Firehouse 51 knows no other way than to lay it all on the line for each other. Capt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) leads the Truck Company and brash Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) runs the Rescue Squad. The firehouse also includes Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman's fireman. Paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) returns alongside seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and Randy "Mouch" McHolland (Christian Stolte), as well as resourceful firefighter Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo). Completing the team are dependable squad member Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso), paramedic Emily Foster (Annie Ilonzeh) and the newest addition, candidate Blake Gallo (Alberto Rosende).

I know. I have been to Mollys bar and the fire house. police station, med center, etc many times but I am not sure how you get to be an extra or anything

@@robertpreston2220 I forget how her daughter was able to be in these and she took pics with some of the actors! I know many media outlets here let people when and where shows and films are being done and if they need extras how to do it. And I have seen signs posted in areas of the city letting people know that filming will be done there and when. The timing just is never good for me

Same here. Funny because Chicago Fire is the last of One Chicago (not counting Justice) that I got into. Started out with PD because of Voight's sheer brutality in early seasons, then Med because I'm a healthcare worker myself. Finally got to Fire; this show really shows the best humans can be.

Quickest intubation I've ever seen, ready to load before they could even run out of the house 🤣 not to mention completely ignoring ABCs in preference to extrication when they had him in a safe scene. 🙄 Not a load and go situation, stay and play until stabilised and viable on scene. Whomever advised them on this needs a kick up the arse.

nineteen96 when she said it felt like forever before they got there is because they were at a school for a false fire alarm. It added like an extra 3 min for them to arrive

This episode didnt hit the mark for me. The headmaster seemed like he was covering something up. Would of loved for the student who was pulling the alarm to be involved in some kind of fight club and wanted out but the only way out was to get beaten out.... But nope instead they go to the classic Kid doesnt like new school and is getting bullied story... Still love the show but come on

zack attack that’s where that jet word comes in necessary but also it’s a show they have to be allowed some leniency from exact realism so long as it’s pretty close/ believable
