Fabric looks great & think it needs a dress pattern that will show all the beautiful floral & toucans in full. Loved the bit when your hubby came in & trying to get the cat out. Not sure of the brown on you, such a different colour on you 🤔. Great video Ruan.❤

Fantastic! I haven’t made a kimono but I’m sure there would be lots of KZfaq tutorials as it should be an easy one to make yourself rather than having a pattern maybe 🤔

I love the main fabric and came to a similar conclusion after consider how cool a pair of dungarees would look. I now intend to make my boyfriend a matching shirt and shorts for long weekend in Benidorm next year for a friend’s 50th birthday!! I don’t think it could be more perfect😂

I love your Reeta dress and it really suits you. I have a problem with that pattern in that I always get stuck on the facing and collar! However I have some beautiful Seasalt cotton twill I’d love to make it in for the autumn. I’m so undecided about whether to go for it again. The second one I made is in cotton sateen and I think I didn’t get stuck and it is so wearable for any occasion. I think I just have a blind spot. The fabric is lovely and would be nice for the boys but they will grow out of them very quickly so maybe a dress for you. Would you wear a shirt dress on holiday? Just a thought 😊

I was lucky and didn’t struggle on that bit but I just couldn’t get the hem to work on this one 🙈. I ended up doing my own thing! 🤣

🤣🤣. Our cats are so funny. They’re like sulky teenagers so we have to nudge them with our feet to get them to move! When we go to bed at night they go in another room but would prefer to snuggle with us so they just sit in the hallway in protest 🙈🤣🤣

It depends on the ages of your boys as to whether the tropical print is to big. May be a shirt or shirt dress for you would be best.

Love your vlogs. Your hair is great on you. Mine recently turned out the same colo. BUT, I am 74 1/2 years old with white hair so the pale lilac I was going for didn’t happen. Oops! Not the best look on me but I love it on you.
