Or what about if the carpet is greasy and an old women slips on it and breaks her neck ??? This man saves lives. Plus he himself selflessly works on a slippery surface, risking his own life !!! Just to help others... He's a true hero.

I think it would be neat to put a camera on the ceiling so we can watch a top-down view of the whole process, and be able to see all the dirt and grime get swept off! And then a before and after photo at the end!

Since you are offended, you can throw away everything you own instead of washing it to make up from the rest of us. Or just walk around naked instead of washing your clothes. The dirt will build up on you and no one will notice since you won't be washing and wasting money. :) Reduce, Reuse Recycle!

The devastating impact of a sewer overflowing into your house and over your furnishings is hard to imagine. To see someone put some of that to rights is heartening and reassuring. Too often we see things thrown away rather than restored. Great to watch

I worked at a place called rugged rentals in the late 70's and early 80's. We rented carpeting to business's such as schools, power plants, coal mine offices corporate office buildings etc. We had a giant feed through machine that was like 14 foot wide and we would roll them out and stain treat them. then run them through the machine. It was capable of scrubbing and steaming. the really bad ones had to go through at least once on scrub and then again on steam. We had giant laying tables with huge fans to dry them and large industrial extractors. I'm so glad I don't work their anymore. lol

He was very thorough, so important in restoring the carpet to not only its original color, but, making sure there is no residual that would remain in the carpet, which would break down the fibers if left in. One of these rugs, this size alone, runs about upwards of $30,000 USD. Giving full attention to complete process is essential in customer satisfaction.

These kind of rugs are very expensive. Thousands of dollars. Idk why anyone waits til they are this nasty to clean but they are 100% worth cleaning. They aren’t like our crappy rugs we buy in the U.S by any means.

By gods the water coming out of it was almost black at first! Not sure how you managed to salvage it, but you did. Great job! Edit: I still cannot get over how vibrant it is after the cleaning - it's so beautiful I don't understand why the owners waited so long to get it cleaner

If you read the notes at the top it will tell you that the damage was caused by sewer backup. Ew, glad it doesn't come with smell-o-rama.

I would always rather purchase the carpets I see being washed, than one at the store, so pretty! Kudos to this guy who was obviously putting a lot of efort in handling that big brush, it looks like a heck of a workout to say the least! Even his shirt got destroyed in the process 😳

i clean my house carpets at the 2.00 car wash, use the car mat clips on the wall to hang the carpet on then power soap wash and power rinse and all the dirt flows down to the floor then hang them outside at home to dry....does an excellent job especially if you have pets.
