Sewing a Vintage Style Apron || Simplicity 9496 || A Sewing Vlog

Hello everyone! In this weeks sewing vlog I show you how I made a vintage 1940’s apron using the Simplicity 9496, a reproduction pattern. This is a great pattern for beginners and super easy to make! You can use this pattern to make a full apron, half apron, and even some oven mitts. I hope you enjoy this weeks video, and I hope to have another video in 2 weeks! Thanks for watching! -xoxo

Materials:
Pattern: simplicity.com/simplicity/s9496
Fabric: 2-2 3/4 yards of fabric of your choice
Notions: optional baby rick rack, 1/2 inch wide double fold bias tape, lace.

Super cute! I loved the reveal😂 I have a different simplicity apron pattern with pockets. I can’t believe how huge they are!

I'm working with Simplicity 9311 a very similar pattern! This helped me a lot because I was confused with the waist band piece but this video was very enjoyable! Instantly subscribed and LOVE your Bulbasaur 💜

Thanks for the comment! I think it’s mostly because I don’t post regularly, so the videos don’t go into the “algorithm”. But I think it’s ok with me because I just like to share my what I’m doing in case it helps someone with the same project, or maybe inspire them to make something similar.
