Great conversation. Appreciate the inclusivity Hannah brings to the table while acknowledging she might not be the right person to talk for minorities. Pure gold.

This was an incredible conversation! So professionally undertaken on both parts. And I don't mean that in a "they remained mature whilst talking about such topics" way. I mean the conversation in and of itself was really well structured and done with clarity. Not much of a podcast listener, but I'm trying to get into the habit and this was enough to get me hooked on this channel for a start!

Love Hannah! This seemed a little superficial, but a great overview/introduction to folks who are unfamiliar with Hannah or what sexual educators may focus on.

Relationship escalator is used a lot in poly circles! Not sure of the origin, but it goes along well with the idea of chosing vs falling to the next stage. Folks who chose (vs fall/go with the flow) have higher rates of happiness in the stages they take and more success.

Relationship Audit Questions to Ask Your Partner: **Make it fun - go to a show first, grab a beer, go to your favorite restaurant, take a walk!** 1. What went well in our relationship this week? 2. How supported by me did you feel this week? 3. What was something I did that made you feel loved, appreciated or respected this week? 4. How could I do better at supporting you next week? 5. What are your main stresses at the moment? How can I help? 6. What went not so well last week (or period)? 7. Is there anything I did this week that made you feel "not nice"? (Be careful when answering this - use "I" statements to remove accusations. Knowing that sometimes we are going through personal emotions and it's still okay to bring up how someone's actions made you feel).

There are (surprisingly) a lot of negative comments directed towards Hannah and they mostly surround talking about her age, her area of perceived expertise, and her level of maturity. I think it's mainly people trying to be snark and not appreciating that this topic area is usually taboo to talk about, and Hannah has taken steps to make talking about sex and relationships more normalised and comfortable despite her knowledge level or experience.

Some of this really good, and a lot just showing her age and lack of experience. Regardless on things she misses, I appreciate the conversation around the topic as that challenges what we believe which spurs on more learning.

A lot of this she's talking about her history. Looking at her humour as inexperience may be a mistake. At 29 there's certainly more to know, but she's not particularly young.

A lot of sex issues are from heteronormativity and shame (religious or otherwise). To not talk about these areas would avoid causes of a good chunk of sexual issues.
