In the Southeast Asian Republic of Ganwen, the influence of criminal syndicates runs rampant. A mysterious underground organization known as the "Widow Assassins" carries out a series of assassinations targeting members of the criminal gangs. During the annual leadership transition of the largest gang in Ganwen, the White Elephant Society, its current leader, Zha Jia, is murdered. Raised by Zha Jia since childhood, his "adopted daughter" Lora embarks on a path of revenge, unraveling the truth behind Zha Jia's assassination, which leads to unknown secrets lurking beneath the surface.
