Proves that the Umpires are HUGE fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers because the team the city and the organization represents America other Latin Hispanic Cultures and because they're a HUGE influence to the whole world sadly

The OBR is very vague here. Did the batter "strike at" the ball? If so, it's a strike. What does it mean to "strike at" the ball? That's entirely at the ump's discretion. The rule needs to be clarified so there is some sort of objective definition (breaking wrists, bat crossing the plate, etc.); otherwise situations like this will continue to occur.
