Yes, unscaled CA commonly deals 4500, and Akuma has 9000 It's quite literally 50%

Lol you guys take stuff too seriously. I was more just pointing out how ridiculous a weakness his low HP is. I think Marissa and Gief are his worst match ups. Not because his tools are weak against them, or they are better in neutral, but because one whiff punish can take almost his entire health bar.
