4:22 GACHIKUN's entire life flashes before his eyes as he thinks about what to do in response to the Akuma pressure, and as his eyes glaze over and he begins to think back to his days playing Street Fighter V, the part of him looking for an appropriate anti-air option screams out "Standing Light Punch" with fury.

That or he tried to light punch DP with forward-down forward-forward but missed one of the inputs so he got forward plus LP which is standing light punch. All the Japanese top players play on leverless controllers and that input is a common fast leverless DP input for when you aren’t already holding down.
