Where to begin? First off this took much too long to finish and I am very sorry for that. But thank you all for your support through this long wait, thank you for 17,000 subscribers, thank you for 7 Million views on the Tails Short, just thank you all! And I promise this is it, there is nothing holding me back anymore, the Unifier will continue.
There are many people who came together to put this all together and gave something to make it what it is. A very special thanks goes to:
-SonicpoX for suggesting the music to play for this video as well as the custom thumbnail he made.
-Faina Lotea fainalotea.deviantart.com/ for helping me along these months and giving numerous custom textures for the characters and eyes, as well as offering a song choice as well.

I perfectly understand why Tails would snap like that. I'm mean look at sonic; He's always the main one that gets all the recognition, respect and praise he gets while tails is treated like a child and always pushed in the sidelines. Sonic going out with Fiona was Tails breaking point. It was bad enough that Tails was getting the short end of the stick, but losing his crush to a friend who knew damn well that tails loved her was just something he wasn't going to ignore. I mean Krillin went through a similar situation as well in DBZ. These two have always been punching bags in the show and been trying so hard to match up with Goku/Sonic and get the girl they've been after and you all know how that turned out for them

I’m kinda looking forward to seeing Sonic and Tails fight more in the official Sega canon. Sometimes I keep thinking even best friends need some conflict to spice up their personified close relationship. I think they attempted this finally in Sonic Lost World and it wasn’t a bad start, but it was a bit tame.

Honestly this was so good to watch! It’s like seeing old mates having a fight for once! It’s like why can’t the video games be more gutsy like this and have Sonic and Tails fight each other? It’s just fun story telling. That one time in Sonic Lost World where Tails got mad was still light and trivial.

It was a great joy and honor to be there while this was in the works. Knowing that you've been wanting to create this since the very beginning makes it all the more amazing that this is finally out in the open for the world to see, and it looks better than I could've ever imagined it to be. All the months of hard work finally came down to this master piece, and I love everything about it. I also will never get over the little details you put in. The tears, gestures and little animalistic movements of the ears and tails of the characters really get me, and not many people pay attention to those things either. XD It was an intense ride getting this thing out as I saw and heard from you, but you got through it and I think all the hard work turned out to be very worth it!

Wow, this was genuinely tear jerking. Screw the guys that think the comics are a load of crap. I'd take a plot like this over sonic 1,2 and/or three any day. Well done. Also the models are kinda sloppy but the emotion in the voice work and set up more than make up for it.

I really like the fur texturing and color on the Tails model. Adding points on his ears and snout where the fur is darker is an amazing touch! And I adore the detail where they put a stripe of orange fur on Tails's nosebridge when normally his muzzle is completely white! Edit: OH SHIT THEY PUT BLUE ON SONIC'S NOSEBRIDGE TOO!! AWESOME!

Aw man, I remember watching this two years ago. It made me cry back then ... it still makes me cry right now. Seriously, when Tails was ranting after Sonic asked him about Fiona, my stomach was practically tightening and hurting. The comic this was based on is by far, my most favorite Archie Sonic comic to date. My second favorites are about Eclipse.

People always hated this issue...but man, I can definitely relate to Tails. Thing is, friends can end up at odds with each other, it happens. Not with all friends of course, but definitely with those you work with. lol And seeing Tails is Sonic's sidekick he goes through quite a lot and never quite gets the gratitude or recognition he deserves. This also explains why he gets so bent out of shape in another issue concerning his abilities. He knows he's capable, but others fail to see it.

Thing is in the Archie comics Sonic is always a jerk,so Tails feels even more tensed and bitter,unlike in the games where he is cool with his friends.Similar to how Sonic is in Sonic Boom,only Archie made him less of a jerk starting with Worlds Collide. Sonic Lost is the first game where Sonic and Tails fight,though this was mainly due to Eggman challenging Tails's position of tech guy.Also in the games Tails gets recognition:In Sonic Adventure and Ad. 2 he saves the city from Eggman,and in Sonic Battle he states the most deep message at the game,to which Sonic responds well.

everything's after adventure 2 tails hasn't got any love well. Maybe he gets a little sadly it's done by people who likes putting him in diapers or makeing shity comics like tails the babysiter. And the story's he gets turned into a baby. And the ones he get silt turned into a girl and there are ones about sontails it's bad

When Tails lost the Robot Fiona, my heart stopped. When he saw Sonic and Fiona kissing, my heart broke. When he lost Fiona to Scourge (given that he was waiting to grow up), my heart died and I felt Tails' own heart breaking like a Vulcan mind meld. Damn the writers for making Tails suffer such undeserved tragedies.

No should dislike this video!!! Unless its Shadow...or Eggman. Tails and Sonic's voices are great. While reading the comics, this is how I thought they would sound. The animation is very smooth, and their eyes look great. Nice touch on the tears. This video got me back into the comics. Thanks man, and great job on this animated piece. Oh my gosh. Mike Once again you have done amazingly. This was my top moments of the Sonic Archie Comic Series. I love the comic Series and this was an intense moment for both Sonic and Tails. I remember that issue. Thank you so much for animating this from the comic and please give my thanks to the voice cast like Shadow759 to help you make this. This was amazing. I honestly wished the comic series was animated.

Holy crap...The emotion was strong with this one. Tails was AWESOME from start to finish. Sonic at first was a little wooden, but as time went on, and especially at the apology part...oh man, that got me right in the feels. awesome animation. I especially liked how the characters seemed to be getting hurt, with the blood splotches on the fur. Tails got roughed up something fierce in this fight though. Just...AWESOME!

I… god…. It’s been years. Literal years since I even thought about Sonic and a few more since I stopped reading the comics. I saw the thumbnail and It smacked me back to seeing the issues cover. My heart freaking stopped. I’ve read this particular part so many times. Watching it get animated and follow what I remembered (suddenly so vividly) is amazing. I miss this part of my life. The comics anyway. Dam, so happy I found this. I remember the context of this issue. I remember the Tension of this time in the comics. The camaraderie of the knothole freedom fighters. My heart wrenches at the mention of the comic Knuckles. God…Julie-su. I can’t describe the emotional explosion/tsunami I felt watching this. Thank you, so much! I need to go and find these old books again.😭🥹🥰🥹🥹🥹🥹❤️

I like the way Tails used his Tail's to hit Sonic. He doesn't usually fight, but when he does he seems cooler. Nice job on the Voices, and emotions!

That's the best video of you and one of the best SFM videos I've ever seen. The animation is so smoothly, the details... I just have to love this video. First I didnt understand why Sonic and Tails are fighting because I dont read the comics, but when Tails cried and Sonic listened to him it gave me the feels. Just... Bruhh I wish they’d fight more often, this is sweet to watch. I’m not a fan of the whole Fiona love triangle but I do miss the emotion that Sonic products generally used to have.
