Thanks a lot for giving me the chance to listen this fantastic chat with delay. The live possibility is a bit too early for me. I'm very much for the Ring and we miss it very much because of the pandemic situation in my country. I've been to Bayreuth and once I participated on a back stage tour as well. Usually I like watching the orchestra during the performances / perhaps because of the staging nowadays all over the world/ who is doing what!!! But in B. I have never missed that. The sound is increadible and this way I can discover newer and newer things in the music in the text and how Wagner made Gesamtkunstwerk. He was a genius! I don't want to go to B. anymore because of the stageing, not speaking about the cost of a trip with ticket and accomodation. Thanks again it was interesting to hear the opinion of the musicians who are sitting in the middle of the performance. Keep well and have nice live performances with audience soon.
