Do the dehaviland lites quiet down with use and washing? I loved the fit, but returned them because the face fabric just seemed quite loud.

I'd say the material is pretty much what you get. The pant was designed to span the early and middle season and wasn't an archery specific design. So yes the material can be noisy if you swish your legs together walking. The long durability of the pant is exceptional and was one thing Kurt wanted in the De Havilland series of pants.

Can we redo this video with the release of the cirque light? I’m curious if that piece changes the need for the helio or if the merino and helio would still be the go to for early arch packing hunt. I’m thinking merino, cirque lite, and Grumman, with dehav lite, and helio bottoms? Thoughts?

Merino and helio are still a great option and a bit better in hot temps. You could/can replace the helio with the cirque lite but won't be able to hike at a high output for as long before needing to shed that layer.

Curious, between the DeHaviland Pant vs Lite pant, what would a "typical" temperature range be for each? Trying to decide which one I should get.

DeHavilland Lite I'd say anything over 50 degrees and anything under 50 I'd go DeHavilland.

How does the sizing of the Grumman compare to the Cirque? Thanks!

Sizing is similar. The Cirque material has a tiny bit more stretch versus the Grumman.

Am I the only one that experiences incredible “bunching” of the Helio when worn over merino? It’s unwearable for me unless I have an enduro as my next to skin. It’s like a Velcro effect almost.

We honestly don't get much feedback with the garmet bunching. We wear it over merino a lot throughout season.
