Did you know November 1st has been designated National Author’s Day? It's a day dedicated to celebrating the art of writing and recognizing the talented authors who bring stories, knowledge, and imagination to life.
We were fortunate to catch up with retired Homicide Detective John O’Donovan, a veteran of more than 255 homicide investigations and hundreds of sudden and suspicious deaths - and an inspiring author in his own right.
He speaks with Public Information Officer Claude Chancy about his books, inspirations and how his experiences here in Winnipeg have helped shape these stories.
Have a listen, and then pick up a book!
