Some time ago, I started a cool project we are calling the Electromagnetic Rosetta Stone that is translating the video “The Amazing World of Electromagnetics” into as many languages as possible. The video is a fun introduction and overview of electromagnetics and photonics that is intended for high school and new college students who do not yet have the math or physics background. All the concepts are presented using graphics and animations instead of complicated math. Some of the math involved in electromagnetics is presented only to show what it looks like to the interested students.
