She doesn't keep accelerating, she just slows down alot less than her competition and that means she has great highspeed endurance. Fun fact is that you don't actually hold your topspeed. The human body automatically decelerates after hitting topspeed and thats what allows you to hold your "topspeed" you instantly lose about 0.5kmh or 1kmh after you hit your absolute topspeed. So the speed you are holding is slightly less but you won't be able to push to increase speed. You will actually lose more if you push too hard at that stage because you will just fatigue your muscle alot quicker. Staying calm and relaxe is the key running fast, longer.
