For example I've been living in Georgia for the last 7-8 years. But the same month I came down an elderly mentally ill black woman who lived across the street from me was k!lled when she had no 🔫. NYPD is notorious for being foul regardless hence why there's so many issues with them abusing "criminals" (who still have rights allegedly) and civilians alike. Only reason they even go harder on the "criminals" is because they often loud and just low hanging fruit. But they don't even do that consistently. That's why there still so many hoods that manage to have all types of bs going on cause its allowed.

I think b/c he comes from a dysfunctional background. I've seen videos of him basically getting beat up by older dudes in his hood when is was younger. Stuff like that can traumatize a person, and if that person ever get to a point in life where he feels somewhat empowered, he'll start to do the same things to other people that was done to him.
