I have been using my nova 3i for 5 months my dad bought this phone 2 years ago he got a new phone Huawei nova 7i so I haven't seen any problem on this phone beutiful color and better performance like if u agree

The design is very different. The 3i has straight back and edges while the Nova 3 has the curved back design which feels and looks much more premium. The bezels on the Nova 3 are also slimmer all the way around.

Regarding the accessories. would the cases for Nova 3 fit the Nova 3i? As there are a lot of options for fancy cases for Nova 3 but very few for Nova 3i. Its just a small question that I have since both of them have the identical shape and size

It does fit however the problem is the censor at the back. the censor of 3i is higher compared to 3. Tried it many times but it does not fit the one for the censor for both phones.

No, if you have a nova 3, do NOT buy a nova 3i case, I understand there is literally no nova 3 cases you will find, I have a nova 3 and I was very lucky I found a nova 3 case at a flea market. So I recommend you wait for a nova 3 case instead of 3i

No, the camera module is slightly differently placed. It will fit but not perfectly

Nope. They have a lot of major differences. I had nova 3i and it's way more different than i have now which is the nova 3. Try to check other reviews. Note nova 3i is half the price of nova 3.
