I struggled for a few days to unlock my phone after using a pattern and could not remember it. This was very helpful. however, the prompts on your phone are slightly different to mine and so I had to select clear data and then it took me to factory reset. Also I had to use the power button to restart. Thank you so much.

Glad you were able to make it work, Helah... Sometimes smartphone makes do some changes in the UI with software updates, so there might be some differences in options later what I show in my videos.

@@reemabdelgader8908 sure he did there's no way you can remove the password without any factory reseting the phone (deletes everything) or you can just learn some hacking, wire the phone to the pc and try to unlock/find the pin.

Do you have a PUK code? Enter it and you'll be asked to create a new PIN, and your data will still be there... (I just did it). If not contact your service provider.

In that cases it ask me for my PIN because of "aditional safty" and in that cases l must use my PIN, but l forgot my PIN. And you said that you sucess to unlock with finger print and l ask yiu how you was able to do it.
