Interesting runes. I also have played Shaco support for a long time. Normally I go Box-Jump-Knife-Knife-Box(max)-Knife(max)-Jump(Max) but I may try a different approach.

Isn't the dorans blade start dead? They just nerfed it this patch, you can no longer have your support item + doran item in your inventory

You're limited to one Starter item in your inventory. If you have Doran's Blade, you can't have a support item.
