After my wedding I came to the US, I did not even know my husband that well enough as it was an arranged marriage. Learning how to live alone in a new place away from your parents, it is tough. But with the love and support you get with your husband, you can do anything. I learnt how to drive in America, how to take care of the house, kids, everything. It is always better to do your work on your own instead of depending on others. I cook, clean, do groceries, work, drop and pick up kids from school & also remodeling our house on our own by ourselves. You have to prioritize make time for everything. Make a schedule and a list for weekly menu and bring groceries accordingly. If you are organized then life will be very smooth. I know it is tough in the beginning, but you will eventually get there. Now it’s been 12 years since our marriage, we are well settled and happy. Don’t get frustrated, mill bant ke ho jayega. At least you have your family with you. Last i met my mom was in 2018.

My favourite is mukti, because she is always motivate and energetic. I like her talking style ☺️
