Its not removed do you have the bathysphere or bluesteel bathysphere? You need those to get to the boss

The regular bathysphere is a drop from a enemy in the rebirth hub the boss is high up by gygax

athlantean leggings, athlantean chest plate, valkyrie helm, pixie ringlet, artemis bow This is the best flight build I know but you can replace the chestplate and leggings with conquerer chestplate and leggings
