Shadow really took it to a completely new level with this album. Especially with Bryce on drums now, the band just keeps getting bigger and better. Saw them play a sold out show in February and they seriously are the real deal

The first time I heard them I believe was watching your reaction to "The Horror Within" which was recommended to me by KZfaq lol. I quickly picked up my phone and punched their name into Spotify, and I've been hooked ever since. Melancholy, Gravesinger, and Barren and Breathless Macrocosm are my 3 favorite songs on the entire album, but the whole thing I can sit and listen to for hours and hours without skipping a single song like you said. I've never before heard a band like these guys, and I've got your channel to thank for that lol.

I’ve been listening to metal for over 15 years, and no lie, this is the best metal album I’ve ever heard. These guys have struck the perfect balance between every type of metal I love. We are lucky to have them and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Their first 2 albums are halo theme. The first outlining the Forerunner Flood War, and the second outlines the conflict between humanity, the flood and the covenant

This band has been my favorite ever since they dropped Reclaimer, and with Melancholy being an equally good album SoI isn't falling off of the throne anytime soon. Also gotta mention Within Destruction's YOKAI is out and it's a fun fucking album!

The real struggle with this band is do I listen to them with or without vocals. It's one thing to make amazing metal albums but to do so where the instrumentals have their own feel. Fucking love it!

The Dimmu Borgir/Shagrath influence on vocals through out this album is so strong you'd almsot think Shagrath himself was guest vocaling with Ben. There is no question Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia & Death Cult Armageddon had massive impacts on Ben's vocal style 🤘
