Well once sauron was destroyed the magick that made uruks what they were disappeared, they became mindless animals after that and became unorganized. But the power of eltariel and the new ring kept him....enchanted, together, they go on to defeat celebrimbor, the ring maker dominates the uruk and forces him to fight, but instead he throws himself into mount doom, unable to harm his lady, and destroying the ring maker once and for all...

I thought I'm the only one my friend! I was waiting of an orc to cheat death so I ran around doing side quests and vendettas and I manage to find a couple of black blades around the map which I highly suspected it was a bug or someone fooling around...

I mean vendetta were usually "randomized" but never once I found 5 vendetta with the same uruk tho in this case black blade...

@@ikigaofficialI'd say the game took a big big dose of drugs there when selecting which Vendettas to give you, since not once had this insanity happen on my side (only Lucky Shots get that many of these in a row and they're different based on their first titles anyways, so 5 different Black Blades is really strange indeed. I only got 2 same-titled completely different Orcs in a row as Vendetta Targets, that being Obsessed ones ... ... and no, your Hoshgrish was not one of them. O_o).

I think it's bugged or somebody cheating or something I don't know and I don't think the vendetta works as what we thought it should be (I think we discussed this before), I think it's more on randomized than reflecting the real world event where any said player died by its nemesis thus spawning the mission. For once I tested it with mates on the internet and rl friends because they got some orcs I want but they never turn up in real life when mates died to them INSTEAD I only manage to found 1~2 which seems relevant on the next couple days lol. So yea, randomize justified I guess

Call it dark if you want but my solution was....if somebody was really going to die horribly and that someone was crying for my help when I called for their help and never got it, let's just say they will never learn from that experience, unless reincarnation is a thing.

i have to say that i was very (pleasantly) surprised at how multifaceted the characters are presented in the game and its previous installment. while his historical merit for creating an alternate history of britain and developing all the artificial languages is undisputed, tolkien wasn't much of a story teller to be honest and just painted with thick black and white the "saga" of the ring. i remember when i first read the books at the age of fourteen, i loved the world and the environment, but was intuitively taken aback by the so-called protagonists ... the trolls and orcs on the other hand, albeit presented only in cookie-cutter roles as cannon fodder and mostly faceless, one-dimensional extras, fascinated me from the start. many years later, i stumbled upon the novel "the last ringbearer", and from then on i never looked back -- highly recommended: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Ringbearer what must be pointed out is that tolkien describes everything exclusively from the elf monstrosities' and hobbit abominations' point of view -- the population of mordor remains largely anonymous and silent, all the hate and animosity projected upon it by tolkien for the sake of constructing an alternate mythology that would cater to his wishes as to how britain should have been, as noted above. the lord of the rings isn't known by his name, just by the nickname the elves gave him (saûron). this is a classic case of railroading, and reminds me of old westerns where the natives ride around the settlers' wagons, only for them to be shot one by one ... nobody in their right mind would have done this in the real world, but white movie producers catered to their white public and presented the natives as tactical and strategic idiots who didn't have a lick of sense -- same with the depiction of mordor and the alleged "evil" peoples. "shadow of mordor" and "shadow of war" have notably left this narrative usually imposed by the estate of tolkien (first and foremost, his son christopher tolkien), and i cannot laud them enough for doing so -- if you look at the gameplay and the dialogue, it's evident that the player character is a false protagonist and really the antagonist and villain (domineering, shaming, killing, destroying, conquering, looting). my hope is that in the future there will be a possibility for either a total conversion mod or an official game, where you can pick a troll or an orc protagonist and defeat the slaver peoples of the west of middle-earth, and don't have to bother with tark/wraith characters -- i also appreciate that the devs support minorities and give them their deserved spotlight, but diversity and inclusiveness would also mean that females must be in the game as well (altariel as a token elf chick doesn't count, nor does shelob's avatar), and not gay males only. final note: women were notably absent in much of tolkien's "oeuvre" -- can you name any major female characters apart from galadriel, eowyn and arwen (not the movies, the original books)? then look at all the males ... tolkien the defiler really razed it to the ground, but it's slowly recovering.

Gotta say it's a long comment but neverhteless I read it all with my wraith ability an see through all potential of it. And yea, we need an orc simulator where we play a certain orc such as the Stormbringer, shadow, singer, nameless, etc to see from their perspective what's going on in the orc world in Mordor and actually many of us hope that it would be possible too. Yea, there is definitely less female char being pointed out in Tolkien's Middle-earth even those we seen in movie like hobbit, that elf lady were created to serve the female-powa than canon. I don't mind they add in diversity of gender but simply amplify their existence is truly unnecessarily. I'm done with Talion's story and any wraith or super-powa chars so now I hope to play as torvin or even ratbag or gollum? Well, it's the creative era so I'm sure the dev can always come up with something interesting on these characters instead of just giving them all the powa in the world to be a protagonist maybe let us understand the suffer they gone through OR "you don't need all the power in the world to stay alive as long as you're smart" :)
